We encourage our patients to use online services wherever possible to manage their prescriptions and appointments.

We are using the below apps in the practice so please take a look at downloading one of these to your mobile device and start managing your prescriptions and appointments more efficiently.

Patients can now book and cancel appointments online.  You will require our practice ID and a password, created at the surgery, to create your online account for the below site. Please ask at reception next time your in surgery.

Online Consult 24/7 Access to your GP Practice

Our Online Consult service gives you access to round the clock medical guidance allowing you to check symptoms, receive medical advice and contact the surgery 24-7 through our online portal.

You will gain access to a wealth of medical information including articles and videos.

By filling in a simple health enquiry form you will be able to read information on how to treat your symptoms and what to do next.

The form will then come through to the surgery where we will review the information provided and we aim to respond to you within two working days. (Click link for Online-consult)
